Tongue piercing advice

I am thinking about getting my tongue but I am weighing out the pros and cons of it all.
the main things I am thinking about is how to keep it clean? just use mouthwash frequently?

is oral sex acceptable when healed? - not what I want answering...

myself but I have friends with tongue piercing and they have had oral sex with it so it's just a case if it's safe or not.

am I able to eat spicy foods etc once healed?

To keep it clean, you just brush your teeth/tongue and floss like you normally do, and rinse with mouthwash (until it heals at least).. when you first get it pierced, try brushing and using mouthwash after every meal.. I carried a travel size mouthwash in my purse.

Yes, oral sex is okay after it's healed.,
You can eat anything you want once it's healed.
