Why are girls jealous of tomboys?

if a girl is a tomboy and she likes to hang and talk with her guy friends how come her friends girlfriend will get jealous? and how come people could tell the tomboy that other girls wish they could take her place?

I remember when I was proud of being a tomboy. Thank God I'm over that phase. These days I consider myself androgynous.

well this is kinda happening where i live thers this 1 tomboy girl thats use ot be always over here well alot of the other guys that lived by us ther gf were geting a lil mad bc there was another girl always around them and the guys were always talkign about wat we all did and that made alot of the girls feel second in the relation ship and that if they were second then there mite be a chance that there bf mite start to do things with her...even tho it wouldn't...just some girls dont want ther bf with another girl all the time...makes them feel left out and replaced

I've never had any girl be jealous of me that I know of.
And I'm a HUGE tomboy.
But if they're jealous, then they're jealous. there's nothing you can do.
Just don't care what they think.
