Um, no offense to the responder above, but because your metabolism is so high, all it will do is burn everything you eat. The only way to gain weight is to work out. As long as you do not starve your self, it will be hard to burn off muscle.
I know some people say that it is esier to decrease muscle size than fat size, but in your case it is the other way around. I'm not saying do not eat peanut butter or what ever, I'm just saying that this might be a healthier way to do it.
Consult with your doctor if you get different answeres from different people before you acually try them. Remember, it is your body you are dealing with.
