He has a day job, and isn't on the site 24/7. I'll make sure he sees this the next time he's not busy.

Interesting question!

So, first, he never confirmed his account - in other words, we don't know if his email is valid. That means, if we can't *verify* he's a real person, we can't be sure he's not some prankster, pulling our legs. 10+ accounts from people trying to abuse the site get removed, on a daily basis. This hasn't changed for the last 6+ months.

Second, you do realize that an appendicitis is *always* an issue that a hospital deals with and you *can* get FREE medical treatment at a county hospital in the US, even if you're NOT a citizen here. How amazing eh?

So, if he was telling the truth, he should NOT be posting here. He should be contacting his parents, telling them the story, AND reporting it to his school. An appendicitis *always* results in removal of the appendix - see wikipedia if you want to learn more.

Last, and final, his attitude. If you complain about a medical situation in which we cannot help you, nor do we say we can help you with any medical issues anywhere on the site, and simply want advice then you're not thinking clearly.

None of the staff, volunteers, or members are equipped to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical or mental illnesses.

So the very best we can do is give you some advice (usually see a doctor) and if somebody has some experience that's relevant, they can share it.

That's the question - and you did read it, right? Where he says he's concerned she's going to die because she's too stupid to go to the hospital, and he's too stupid to realize a hospital is FREE if you can't pay?

Tell me, because I'm now very confused: what do you expect, in all seriousness, us to do in this situation?
