first weight. I'm 15 at 5'3 and weigh 117 I know 'omg this chicks crazy' but I dk I just want to know how to lose weight in my lower stomach yeah know that little 'pooch' haha. it just kills me then my inner thighs like I have stretch marks because I grew like 3 inches in less than a year I guess. and im just really self-concious about everything then I have 'love handles' BADLY. it like everyone thinks my pants are to tight but they aren't they fit perfectly its just how my body is its like my body right there is just shaped to make me look like I already have love handles and im like what the f*ck? haha its very strange lol. just I need excercises to help me. and I want more leg strength like I can already lift like 427 lbs onthe leg press at school. but only like 5 or 6 times. haha but I just want to lose like 5-8 lbs on my stomach and thighs together,

next subject... Guys.
ok well last friday this guy asked me out. he's a senior. and uhmm my first boyfriend.
a few days before my friend asked me to prom and he is a junior. I think he might like me and I havent told him I have a boyfriend even though we've been dating for a week =/ so it sucks and I haven't told my b/f about prom =[
I've been told im a tease im really not meaning to its just I really dont like hurting people...but they dont have a problem with hurting me lol. help please =[

this is not fair at all to the guysss. you dont like hurting people but thats what is going to happen either way...more so if you dont fix the problem...so you need to sacrifice your comfort in order to just tell these guys the truth...

some tips for stomach problems...stay away from bad sugars and white carbs such as rice, pasta, white bread...etc ...anything carby and white.

Hi,
Your BMI says that you will still be in your healthy weight range if you lose the 5-8lbs you are hoping for.

The problem is, you don't get the choice as to what part of your body the weight comes off of.

Just remember to exercise while you are losing and then stop when you meet your target weight, adjusting your daily food input to keep you at the same level.

Dont forget that your body needs healthy food/vitamins as well as the calories required to maintain your target weight.

okayy, so, yes, in my family line...startin with my mom...I have a tiny little pouch.
my dad used to be a body builder and he showed me some excersises that could help my lower stomach (because im self consicious) there are different excersises that my dad showed me...they reallly help...
-leg raises...
there are a lot of excersises actually. look them up online
