How do you hook up a gaming headset?

I have a gamig headest for onlne use but I cant hear anybody or talk please help

Your headset (depending on the model) should come with two plugs, one for the microphone outlet on your computer and one for the sound. Make sure they're both plugged in securely, you have the headset software installed if it came with it, and your volume is turned up. You may need to call your computer-maker if you still can't hear anything, your sound drivers may need updating.

If you look on the back of you computer you should see a buch of places to hook things up. Just simply mach the colors. Thats the most common way to hook a head set up.
