Vince does own all the wrestling programs, but they are not all ran by him. Last I remembered, he and his wife ran Raw. Stephanie ran Smackdown, and Shane ran TNA.

vince does not own tna, it is a upstart promotion that started in 2002 and has grown every year since then, some people might think he owns it, because former wrestlers from the wwe are part of the company, but vince does not own it.
