Do the bicycle exercise... lay on your back and move your legs like you're on an imaginary bike. Also those 80's aerobics style leg lifts work great. Lay on your left side and raise your right leg up in the air about 25 times, then move to your right side and do your left leg... then repeat.

Thunder thighs & a huge butt.
Ok well I have a LOT of curves. My butt is so huge, but that's not really the issue... it's my thighs that I hate. I want my thighs to be muscular- I play basketball and we do a lot of running and everything, I even work out sometimes but nothing seems...
to help. I would love my thighs if they weren't fat, that's the only problem- and I'm average skinny as the other girls, but not toothpick skinny. How can I lose all the fat on my thighs and make them slim down just a little? Omg, please help!!!
