Im a sophmore in highschool. I play football. I currently am out for the season with a torn rotators cuff. Im getting surgery. My question is, will I ever be able to throw the ball like I could before. And how do I deal with not playing football. Its the...

most important thing to me and im going crazy without it. Next year im expected to be the starter so I need it to be the way it was.

Sometimes it feels weird, but with proper recovery it should be almost 100% the same
