Can you stop yourself from getting taller?

Is there any way of stoping your self growing in height? I grown about 3 inches a year!!! Its not a good thing at all! Im like .510ft now im only 15 ! I dont wont to grown any more! is there a way I can stop growing in height? x

smoke and drink energy drinks(lots of um) they stunt you're growth appanrtly

Just dont worry about it. The sooner you grow the sooner you will stop growing. If you are worried about it though doctors actually have supplements to help stunt it

Usually, someone who has a growth spurt at your age (and most typically Women as well) will stop growing entirely shortly after. It could well be that 5' 10 is going to be as tall as you ever get. If you are really super-uber concerned, you can go see your doctor who may perscribe hormonal supliments which can stunt your growth, but those can sometimes stunt your growth development in other areas too. If you're able to go to your doctor about your back pain, then also bring up your height issue with him at the same time.

Have you had your period yet? After you get it, your growth should stop almost completely.

I don't really know if its just an old wives tale but they say that drinking coffee stops you from growing
