Going to be a lot of fun watching them cry when their electric bill skyrockets, gas prices soar above what we once considered bad and food prices are impossible to manage. The change they want is the change they will get, the rich will no longer see the need to invest money in buisness and shut down. That should get them to shut up.

if you want to earn more money, you have to spend some

it is called investment... invested money will come back, not immediately but soon

What do you define as pork? Some Republicans apparently think volcano monitoring counts as pork, so it seems definitions vary widely.

Yes actually it is change -_-
like thedude said, we need to bring our spending back home.

And if you expect drastic change overnight from one man then keep dreaming. They have to take it step by step.

anything is an improvement from bush
seems pretty generalized of an opinion but I think most people have come to treat is as fact

I agree with the dude
this package seems pretty random sometimes but as long as we arent blindly throwing even MORE money into this ridiculous war then im fine with that

what do you consider 'pork' to be...many opinions vary on that

The motion of the ship has fooled us it seems... As we rush from starboard to the port side to right the keeling ship... we condition ourselves to somehow believe that the ship isn't in danger of capsizing in turbulent waters. This is very dangerous. We cannot allow the banking houses this new found left cover.

We have to hold President Obama's feet to the fire right now. Change was the buzzword spoken by the obvious advocate... all the while his senior campaign advisor was Zbigniew Brzezinski... alarm bells should have been sounding. The left's doppelganger of Henry Kissinger has been in Washington eardrums for 50 years now pushing his chickenhawk policies of wars and revolution in eastern Europe. He may claim to have been an opponent of the Iraq War... but his geopolitical leanings can best be gleaned from his own mouth via The Grand Chessboard. Brzezinski had a big hand in orchestrating the mujahedeen... those people we now call the taliban and whose names fill the Al Qaeda database.

We need to force Obama to pull all of the troops from the middle east and central Asia... We need to make him close the secret worldwide prison camps. We can't afford for Obama to give any more money to multinational banks at taxpayers expense.

Obama is the cyanide chaser to the arsenic we've been bellyaching about of late.

Let Obama prove his worth.

Stop worshiping at the unfinished altar.

The conservatives didn't whine when Gerorge - never met a pork bill I didn't sign - Bush exceeded all historical precedents with his pork spending.

...not that I approve of either, but I enjoy pointing out hypocrisy.

I've noticed increasing discontent, media and otherwise, in this administration's inability to say or do the right things to aid our sinking economy, stay the collapse of our markets, or even build a competent ethical Cabinet - becoming the stuff of cartoons, talk show fodder and late-night comedy - even Letterman.

The Dow closed at 9625 on Election Day, the Day of Hope. Since then it's down a third, $3 trillion in wealth. A record 31.8 million Americans are on food stamps, up 700,000 in one month. Unemployment jumped to 8.1% in February...Definite change...sadly, it's not Obama in trouble, it's America and future generations.

Yep...I agree...
It took Bush 8 years to put this country in the red...
and you expect Obama to fix it in 2 months.

You, sir, are ridiculous.

I suppose you judge these men to also be ridiculous: Warren Buffett, Jack Welch, Barton Biggs, Jim Cramer, Donald Trump, declare that everything Obama's doing for the country is the wrong direction - all being Obama supporters...read up !
