Is this guy playing me and should i bother?

This guy I like is like 2 years older than me and we don't go to the same school
I'm in 8th grade. I got held back though. He's in 10th grade
I talk to him a lot on the phone and sometimes he emails me saying hey call me so we talk nonstop for 5 hours....

He calls me baby and he likes me, but then we lose touch like for 3 months this has happened alot. Then we start talking again but now he has a girl friend. So what now? does he like me or not?
Maybe he's just messing with me because he told my sister which is in the same grade as him and goes to the same school that I was too young for him and stuff like that and that he started talking stuff about me telling a lot of people I'm trying 2 get with high skewl guys.
I truly like everything about him though but then he messages me say hi and whats up? so what's his deal ?
Does he like me ?should i even bother?

This guy is messing with you- don't trust someone who tells his friends one thing and you another. Don't wait around for a guy who doesn't seem to consistently like you, you'll find a better guy soon enough. Let him go!
