There seems to be a being in my back yard... what should i do?

my husband and I first noticed this dark shadow about a year ago,, it runs really fast. I mean like super. he seems to have a path. I want to know what I should do about this running being. the dog has even got envolved!

use motion sensor's, light the area up and wait. or more expensively night vision goggles/heat sensing if you live in a neighbor hood it could be some butthole taking a shortcut. Do you think hes a peeping tom? I have a problem with sombody siiting in our carport and smoking probably watching us in the house at night but still haven't caught him yet...

I think I misunderstood, is it like an animal? how big? it could just be a cat or raccoon depending on your area

It might help if you could be more specific with what you mean by *being*.

Is it an animal of some sort, or do you think your backyard is playing host to the paranormal?

I would try setting a LIVE trap, and see how that goes if its becoming a problem. It might be a neighbors cat or dog that gets out and wonders. You want to make sure it isnt something that could be aggressive to your family or dog. Also, make sure your dog is utd on shots including rabies, you don't want it to get bitten.
