why do boys always hate there exs ?

I'm not sure but not true for me.

my ex hated me and took the piss out of me for months after our break up,
when we finaly got a chance to chat without everyone around
he told me it was the easiest way to get over me,
he didnt actually hate me but he found it easier by convinsing himself and others.
people have different ways of getting over eachother,

My bff broke up with a guy because they just needed a break and they were going through some tuff stuff, And they still talk and love each other as friends... So yup/
