a lot of that depends on how old you are and what insurance you have

hi.
I completely understand.
I am in therapy and I had a session today.
maybe you could talk to your guidance counselor.
they are sometimes considered as therapists.
or you could set up a meeting with one from a physciatrics medical place.

Start with your school guidance counselor - they usually can point you in the right direction. It's hard to get things done without parental consent though, until you're 16... depends where you live.

then there are very few places you can go without your parents knowing because of the fact that you are minor so while what all you talk about is between you and the doctor, your parents can see that youve been going especially if you go through the insurance, which is going to be your best bet since it will save you money.
The other thing I would recomend is going and talking to a priest or minister or what ever you feel comfortable with. they dont charge anything and there are no records of you being there. Most of them have doors that are always open and they are always willing to talk...they cant diagnoss you or prescribe anything but they can listen and give their advice and point you in better directions since they will know your community
