What is the worst movie you have ever seen,and I mean bad acting,poor special effects makeup and so on?

The worst one I've seen was called Blood Sex Nightmare,the worst YET!

I think it was in the 90's a movie I think was called Presidents . It was sooo boring I never fall asleep in public but this is the one time I did! How could anyone pay to see such boring and insignificant thing. No action. No wise scripting. Just attorney blah blah blah talk.

the strangers, I swear they used maybe less than 1,000 dollars making it.
It might've been scary, but there was no meaning to it.
It was just people were outside, killed the people in the house, then tortured them at the end, then it was over.
