Hi, I havent been taking the pill for about 2 months now, and I had sex yesterday and it was unprotected, my last period was on the 19th of october, if I start taking the pill now do you think ill be alright?

Nope...it takes about a month for the full effects of the pill to kick in...I hope your chancing it turns out ok for you.

Yes you could be...don't get the morning after pill, you have to take it within 72 hours and you're past that. Considering that you had your period on the 19th and you normally ovulate about 2 weeks later, you had sex right about your most fertile time.

but I had sex yesterday ... I cant get the morning after pill anyway .. tomora im at work all day and today I have to stay in.. so im stuck .. dont know what to to ... and my ex has just got over a girl saying that he was a dad of her kid and found out that he wasnt .. I know it would cause so much stress if I was pregnant .. for him and his family... helppp

Whoops, sorry I was thinking you said a different day...If you could get the morning after pill then get it. Maybe try talking to the guy to see if he can help you to get it. You could go to a planned parenthood and see if you can get it from there. If you can't get it though there's really not anything that you can do except to wait around and see what happens. Having unprotected sex always leaves you with a chance of getting pregnant...

Did you ask him not to use protection? Did you seduce him? If you wind up pregnant he's going to be even more stressed. Talk to him, he needs to step up to the plate and help you...afterall he was right there with you yesterday, wasn't he?

This guy already thought he might have had another girl pregnant and just got the relief that she wasn't,,, why on earth would he have unprotected sex again did he think you were on birth control? either way he is a dummy I would have made sure I would have asked.

and I know you didnt ask this, but your relationship doesnt sound too healthy... why on earth would you plan this? and he needs to take responsibility too... it takes two to make a baby...
