The most useful advice you've given on this site is..?
(now, what about real life, was it hard to tell the person?)

I think the first half of this question should be asked differently. In its current state, it seems to ask for shameless self-promotion. I think it would be better for you to ask people about the most useful advice they've RECEIVED, not given.

I like the second half, though.

Any advice I give that anyone finds helpful is the best advice I give, because it's helping someone. It doesn't matter to me if it's advice on a color of nail polish or how to deal with a life altering experience, as long as I'm helping someone. I don't want praise or credit. For the second part of your question, yes and no. I pretty much call it like I see it on FA or in real life. My advice may differ only in the way that I probably know more about the people I give advice to in real life. I understand what you're saying, though. A lot of people get off on being obnoxious self righteous a-holes online because there is less personal responsibility to the things they say.

I every time I give some advice I try to do my best to help the person who asked the question. How ever I dont see how this is a question that needs advice or is it more of a wantting to know how this site may help you in your other question?
