Text marquee based in mysql?

Asked by mr_hoddz about 1 year ago, 2 answers.

I am looking for a text marquee that is based in a MySQL Database to add to my website. After 30 minutes looking on Google, I found nothing.

Anyone got any?

That depends on the kind of pages you have on your website. Are they asp, php, or html? How good are you at programming? Can you edit the code if you have to?

Frankly, any marquee script can be altered to with with a MySQL backend, even a simple javascript version.

There are several different options to choose from at hotscripts.com

All pages are built using HTML to format them with PHP segments in so all are php extensions. I am not too bad at programming, I build websites from scratch. I can edit the code yes.

I know a lot of them can be modified to adapt to a mySQL Database but I was wondering if there are any out there that have already been built to adapt it.

I looked through hotscripts.com and only found javascript ones that are built on a .txt file, which I see is useless for a database.
