It's not as scary as it sounds. The SAT is worse. You should check where it's being offered though, because not all cities (and not even all countries) have a TOEFL base where you can take the test. The test itself is a little tricky in that it seems too easy, then you relax and miss simple stuff and can make stupid mistakes. So keep an eye out for traps.
