If you have gaps in your teeth, dont rely on over the counter orthodontics. They do not support the position of the teeth in the jaw, but just pull them over and allow twisting inward/sideways. Go to a dentist and talk about different kinds of treatments available now, Not all of them cost a million dollars! And you teeth will line up nicer and more permanently. Good luck and Smile!
