I have a major problem clenching my teeth at night while im asleep, but cant afford to see a dentist..any advice

I had one but they are very uncomfortable and its hard to sleep

If you drink a lot or have other drug habits, it might be caused by that. If not, then a mouth guard is the only thing I can think of.

Apparently I do this too...if you cant go to the dentist then I dont think theres really anything you can do about it.

Get one of those mouth guards that mold to your teeth.
Theyre kind of costly,but they feel nice and you wont grind or clench your teeth anymore.

Don't even bother with the expensive mouth guards.. you get the same results from football mouthguards that you pay about a dollar for. trust me. I have this same problem, along with really bad tmj in my jaw, and my dentist told me that it makes more sense to buy the football mouthguard than the expensive ones. and if you mold it to your mouth right, it shouldn't disrupt your sleep at all.
