how do I get my teen sims pregnant on sims 2

Ok get them a man of course then get them to be good friends then make them kiss and hug and do all that then go to bed and click makeout then click woo hoo I did it a million times before

Yeah - build a good relationship with the two. Eventually you can kiss, hug, flirt, etc. Do that a lot and them I don't remember - I think it asks you if you want to have a baby, and if you check yes, you'll get it! Hope I helped - it was hard to explain, kindof.. haha.
