Tattoo question.. ??

What's it called to get that thing done where it's like a tattoo without ink ?? like it's made out to be LIGHTER than your actual skin ?? I keep seeing chicks with this kinda tattoo but I don't know what it's called.

I guess it's permanent. I don't know lol it's like someone took a laser that lightens skin and uses that as a tattoo gun. I don't know lol

I think what you are thinking about is scarafication if it is lighter then your skin then you can never EVER get it removed and they like burn the tattoo into your skin so it is PAINFUL

nahh..can't be that..it's more like a white ink look to it..rather than scarring. it's a smooth tattoo, not a tattoo from scarring.
