What is the best location to have a legitimate Tattoo party with a licensed tattoo artist and patrons over the age of 18?

I suggest at a tatoo parlour or somewhere with no carpet because it is illgeal for them to tattoo on carpet because if they drop the needle its extermly hard to locate and someone may step on it. I also learned recently HIV is transfered through tattoo needles it's the 5th highest way to get HIV so make sure he changes the needle for each person and be extra careful but mostly have fun good idea by the way tatto are so cool!
