well, a good and profesional tattoo isnt cheap
the lowest a tattoo can cost is $50, they cant charge any cheaper than that
and the cost for the tattoo will depend on its size, how much detail is involved and how many colours you want
to find a tattooist just google something like 'tattoo shop' and include your suberb to find one closest to you
you also need to be legally 18 to get a tattoo
some unprofesional places will do it at 16 with parental consent though
