Tanning tricks and tips??

I've herd that eating carrotts while you tan, help you tan faster.

I dont believe in tanning salons or spray/ ltion tans. only natural ranning.

do you know any tricks to tan faster???

ha ha its sumwat true.

carrots, tomatoes (colored veggies) dilute light pigments in your skin to give it a tannish-looking color.

no, food wont make you tan any faster
and the sun, just like tanning beds
causes skin cancer
and contributes to many other things
as well as prematurely ageing your skin and face
just exfoliate before you tan
but try to use tanning creams, spray on, wipes, or ones from a bottle or can
because those are the ONLY safe tans
and the only ways to tan without the risk of getting skin cancer or damaging your skn
