Tampons what is better?

I'm 13 Never Put A Tampon In Before, I Need To Know like what tampons are smaller and better but my flow is ually kinda heavy well I just started. help needed

im 14,and I hateee tampons,but if you want to use one,I sugest tampax regulars

I hate pads and love tampons. they are just more comfortable

just get any it really doesnt matter butmake sure they are plastic applicaters

They have junior sizes.

since its the first time your using them I suggest ob. the regular size is small and easy to use if youre new at it. they also have bigger sizes once youre more comfortable with them.

always use a towel (liner)till your ready and comfty enough to use a tampon never force a tampon up you trust me it hurts even the small ones when you are ready to use a tampon though have a liner in your panties too so if it does leak its got something else to leak on to and remember to always change the tampon every 4 to 8 hours

Well you could try to use *LiGHT* from Tampax Pearl.
And when you get used to though's, use the *Regular* size.
And alway's use a pantie liner in case it leaks,
