Also do this to a tampon before you insert it into yourself, just so you can see whats going on with everything.
I hope you realize the risk you are taking with tampons..if they are left in too long they can grow germs that have killed a fourteen year old..also I have heard that traces of lead have been found in tampons put there by manufacturers to aggravate bleeding more so you will buy more tampons..I suggest that pads are better for you as lead can give you cancer of the cervix
