Tampons

Well, I'm trying tampons for the first time, but the problem is, I have no idea how to use them, please help !!!

Inside the tampon box is a little drawn diagram, it might help to look at that. What you want to do is hold the tampon between your first finger and your thumb, insert it into your vagina (some people suggest sitting over the toilet, or standing with one foot up on something, the tub or the toilet) and push the EMPTY plastic tube in, which will out the tampon itself into your vagina. Also do this to a tampon before you insert it into yourself, just so you can see whats going on with everything.

I hope you realize the risk you are taking with tampons..if they are left in too long they can grow germs that have killed a fourteen year old..also I have heard that traces of lead have been found in tampons put there by manufacturers to aggravate bleeding more so you will buy more tampons..I suggest that pads are better for you as lead can give you cancer of the cervix
