Tamponnnsss help!!

Right so im a girl obviously and I get my period and what not but I use pads how the heck does one use a tampon its daft I know but I think I wanna start usein tampons as they are more discreet and pads irritate me and I find them I dunno yuk!!!...

Please help pleaseee !!!

First thing is to google pictures of female anatomy, then get a mirror and look at what you have.

Identify the vagina, and get a small tampon and put it in. Easier to do when you have your period, you'll see where the blood is coming from, just put the tampon in there,

Once you get it the first couple of times you'll have it for life. Be patient.

ya it's ez. you have 3 holes down there it's the one in the middle where blood is coming from. just push it in there

ya it's hard the 1st time but after a few times you'll get use 2 it it's really easy.

yeah but if you have a heavy period then ...a regular tampon can leak, you may have to wear a thin pad anyway...

The first time I ever used one I had a friend that was already using them, she stood outside the bathroom door and told me what to do after she showed me how the tampon works, so maybe you can ask a good friend or school nurse to explain it to you, or health teacher, or MOTHER, sister, aunt, cousin

umm not my mum the time I came down and siad mum I think I just got my period she was nearly in tears no thanks I think I will just stick to doin it my self thanks any way
