No,you shouldnt.
They expand and will clog your drains.
the best way to dispose of them is to wrap them in toilet paper and put them in the trash.

but it's bad because it'll get soaked up with water and expand and if you keep flushing them, they'll eventually clog up your drains.

I flush them so why not it just depehe toilet I guess...
