Tampon lost

I have reached and reached and still have not found it and I really dont know what to do what should I do... Do you think that it is still in there

Yes, I think it's still there, however you'll need to make a trip to the doctor to get it removed. It's not good for it to be in for too long.

If it was in there, you'd be able to feel it...you'd only be able to put your finger up so high before you encountered it and the vagina does end - it doesn't just keep going up inside of your body. A tampon can't go into the uterus either, so if you can't feel it, then it isn't there.

I have 'lost' a tampon before. the string was wrapped around the tampon several times, and I didn't notice it before I used the applicator to insert it. I could 'feel' it inside me, but I couldn't feel it with my fingers. I tried ALL DAY to get the little bugger out, and I couldn't. It took going to the ER (and one very sympathetic female nurse and her little plier things) to get it out.

If you KNOW for sure that you put it in there, and you KNOW for sure it didn't 'fall out'- go to the doctor. It can't get lost inside your body, but it can get into a position that is too hard to retrieve (sideways, for example- like mine was).
