How can I maintain a healthy weight? (continued)

Asked by nacrazy4life about 1 year ago, 2 answers.

Thank you I know not everyone should be really really thin but I cant stop gaining weight and that isn't healthy either! Also I cant change the length of my workouts because when I had anorexia I was obsessed with exercise!!! I shouldn't still be gaining weight either because its been over a year now since then. I just don't get why I was able to stay a weight for so long then just go up and up.

You ruined your metabolism. When you starve yourself, your body tries desperately to conserve the little calories you do consume. You also increased your risk for heart-disease. As tempting as it may be to sink back to your old ways, DON'T!!! Your best bet right now is to keep working out ( no more than 60minutes daily though, because it can weaken your system and make you suseptable to disease) and keep with your healthy diet. I'd also reccommend speaking with your doctor, he/she will be able to help you even more. Best of luck, peace!
