Symptoms, what's wrong with me?

I don't want to go to the doctors over something little, so I decided to look up the symtoms online and I didnt get anything. My friend is hounding me to go to Urgent Care but I dont think I need to right now

1)for the past month I've felt like I wanted...

to puke everyday day and I get blooody noses a lot but I think thats from the weather, also headaches all the time

2) couple of nights ago I got this taste in my mouth like of metal like I was eating a metal spoon

3)later that night I got like a burning feeling in my lower throat of like acid burning, and when I first start to eat it hurts so bad that I didnt even want to eat, so far it only seems to do it with hot food so who knows

4) then I coughed up black stuff and bout 10 mins later it was thick bloody sht(but I dont knoow if it was from possible the bloody nose I had 25 mins before that)

5)then today I woke up and the burning feeling is in my chest too
but it feels like I swallowed icy hott kinda burning

I told my mom bout it, she told me I dont know what you want me to do about it

you should go to the doctor thats pretty weird stuff.

It is serious enough for a doctor. If your mom says what you want me to do about it, say...take me to see a doc!!!

Some of the symptoms sound like acid reflux but it could also be a stomach ulcer. Go to the doctor

GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease)

A chronic condition in which the lower esophageal sphincter allows gastric acids to reflux into the esophagus, causing heartburn, acid indigestion, and possible injury to the esophageal lining.

AND/or an ulcer in the stomach or esophageal tube.

You should definitely be checked out by a doctor (a hospital ER if it is still happening and there is a LOT of blood).
