My friend think she is pregnant and it has been 2 months and she kind of notice her stomach is getting bigger and she cant lay on her stomach her chest has gotten bigger she gets her period and its heavy for the first 3 days she dont get sick she takes a...

lot of naps and she eats a lot and some foods she havent eatin in a long time taste different and she says it feels like a heart is beating when she touch her stomach can she be pregnant?

yeah she probably is pregnant altho most people dont dtart showing until farther along o the pregnancy. tell her to make an appointment with the gynecologist as soon as she can, if she is still bleedind something might be wrong if she is pregnant

at two months the baby is still behind the pubic bone, so she wouldn't have that 'pulsing' feeling yet, also becuase the baby at 2 months would be the size of a small grape she wouldn't have that much swelling...

women have been known to have very light periods during pregnancy, but this as a whole is very rare..and the period should be light...

I would go to a docs if I were her, just to check.

she wouldnt be able to feel a heartbeat in her stomach at 2months, I didnt start showing till I was 6months, then I just ballooned I know everyones different but noone really shows till they are around 4months, if shes heavily bleeding she needs to go to the doctors if she is pregnant , sorry to say the worst, but she might be having a misscarrige, she needs to go to the doctor anyway to check if she is pregnant if she is she will need her scan in the next month, she needs to take Folic acid tablets if she is (her doctor will tell her more about this) also the doctor may ask to take a Chlamydia test as she did have unprotected sex.
