Could it be a cyst? My boyfriend used to get a floating cyst in his neck, which was like a soft lump that he could move around. I don't think it really hurt him that much.
I would perhaps ring up the doctor and ask if they could suggest what it could be, they may ask him to come in or they could advise over the phone.

Swollen 'part'
My son is 13 years old and he's not circumcised, but he's never had any trouble with that.
The past couple of days when he wakes up in the morning, he has noticed a soft swelling/lump on the shaft of his penis. He says he can move the lump, as though...
it's only on the skin, and that it goes down after a little while. He also said that there's only some very minor pain when he touches it.
Has anyone ever experienced this before?
