Swine flu help

Ok so how do you get swine flu so that I can avoid those things because I am slightly sick and I don't wanna get worse.
PLEASE HELP!

my best advice would be to keep your hands washed and anything else that would keep germs off.

If your sick, get some over the counter medication. If your not better within a week, see your doctor. That will help keep you condition form getting worse. As far as protecting yourself from swine flu goes, the best advice would be as follows -

~Wash your hands with warm, soapy water often *before you eat, after touching anything at a mall/store/other public place, etc...*.

~Make sure you stay away from sick people.

~Cover your cough/sneeze.

~Keep an eye on how your feeling. If you notice any symptoms that you think could be swine flu related, don't think twice about getting to your doctor. It's better to be safe than sorry.
