Swimming to reduce leg fat

im sure swimming will make my legs more tone if I swim a lot right? im hoping. well yeah, I like my body, but I just hate my legs. Like what can I do to tone my legs and not worry bout anything else getting smaller like my stomach and chest, etc. its...

like my legs are disproportional.

I'd personally say that Running/Jogging, Bicycling, and Roller-Blading would be the best way to reduce leg fat because Swimming is a low-intensity kind of workout. Sure, you'll probably get results by swimming. But not as fast as you would with something that requires more energy. happy

emmalism is right... runnin/joggin, bicyclin are best options to tone legs... swimmin is for upper body... chest arms, etc. sure it will help your legs. but you will take way more time...
