Use a soft cool cloth or compress and let it sit on your shoulder to help alleviate the burn.
You can try an after burn spray like solarcaine or Aloe Vera, but don't add any creams until after the burning has dissipated - creams hold the heat in, causing more damage.

Sunburn, any remedys?
I was at the beach yesterday and I put sunblock on but I guess I didn't put enough on my shoulder. Well now I have a sunburn on my shoulders. And it burns really bad. Any suggestions on how to calm the burning?
