Sunburn

Our Cat Asked by vickylaw 12 months ago, 3 answers.

Not sure where to post this. So here goes:
I have very fair skin (blond hair and pale skin) and when I go out I always wear at least a SPF of 34 or more on my skin. However since I life in South-Africa, I still get tanned - it takes me 4 - 5 days to get...

a nice golden tan if I apply the sunscreen like I should (I never get red or sore or peel since I make sure that I apply the sunscreen at least every hour). My question is whether this is still dangerous, whether it could still cause my skin to age prematurely or cause cancer?

from what I've been told, melanomas are actually moles already on your skin so the best thing to do is cover them up. Thats like me to I always put sunscreen- spf 30 and I get a golden tan neva peel, but I have heard tanning is really bad for you.

but I like TANNED SKIN!!
the sun does give you premature aging but you can put- from what I've found vitamin E creams actually plump up your skin.and skin cancer is caused by it- just from minimal exposure. weve got to live- only have 1 life well do what we feel- mother nature cant stop us now!!!
