How to control sugar cravings?

I always have sugar cravings, mostly at night and especially during pms. How can I curb my sugar cravings. I'm always hungry, no matter how much I eat. What can I do about this?

yeah must have a fast metabolism, like meh
just eat fruits at night, those are usually sweet and will also curb your hunger, I eat like two bananas when im craving sweets at night & I feel content afterwards

just eat healthy when you're hungry yo k

I'm a bit like that. always popping up for midnight snacks and things. wanting sugar, and lots of it.

I guess you just have to not eat. I won't if you won't. deal?

Sugar cravings are a natural thing. But to stay healthy, instead of eating sugar/lollies, eat an apple or pear or a fruit, that'll cure the sweet taste your after.

(Sorry if this isn't making sense at all, lack of sentence that is. Im on the phone and only half concentrating on my typing)

first of all, DO NOT CHEW GUM! Your mind is prepared for chew to eat as soon as the chewing stimulates your saliva.
Drink lots of water. It will take your mind off of food, take away time where you could be eating, it helps fill your stomach, and its zero calories.
If you REALLY need a snack, eat veggies. Lettuce, spinach, carrots, cucumber, celery and cabbage are low in calories and have vitamins and fiber. Pickles are aso good-most are under 30 calories, some are only 0!
