I know a girl who was convinced she'd lost a tampon up inside her. There was a bad smell coming from her vagina. So she went to a doctor (walk-in clinic) to be checked and the doc said no, everything looks good. 4 days later she went to emergency because of some weird discharge that smelled VERY bad..

The emergency doctor found the tampon

I agree with jacobs1 that you should visit another doctor. Bad smells are always an indication that something isn't right.

you might want to go see a doc. for a second opinion it sounds like a yest infection which may need antibiotics, but you say you have no prob with infections?
Im guessing it is the pills doing it to you. maybe stop taking them and see if it goes away

omg I did this once... lost a tampon in there... I even had sex. the smell was terrible. yeah I agree with a the last two comments.. check with another dr. cause it sounds like the same smell I had. but I know the smell was from the tampon. I would really maybe check it out myself. like put your fingers in as far as you can ... lay down and really check it out. or if that dont help try a douche. sometimes that helps.

it must be terrible to have to feel the way you do. ... I would wash myself everytime I would have sex. dont let your hubby anywhere near you till you shower before sex. and dont let him finger you... sometimes that causes more of a smell. for the lack of lube... right before sex... use a little lube. but dont use smelly ones or flavored ones that might cause a prob to

go to another dr check out the yeast infection also check for the tampon. let me know what happens.

It could be the pills ( thats what my problem was.) The doctors told me it wasn't the pill but soon as I got off, the smell went away. Now im on the Depo Provera shot and there is no smell.
