How long have you tried it for. It takes 3-6 weeks before you'll see results. Also try cocoa butter, that should also help somewhat for the stretch marks.
Another thing that works is sunlight (DO NOT BURN - burning will make it worse) but a small amount (10 minutes with sunscreen a day) will help reduce the appearance.

True, sun does help reduce the appearance, as long as you don't over do it. and unfortunatley, once you have stretch marks, they are there to stay. It's a pity that society has deemed them ugly... they are part and parcel of being a woman, don't think that you are alone.
