Talk to your friends to try to sort out your feelings. You may even want to consider talking to a counselor. Me and my bf just broke up 2 weeks ago I've been experiencing some of the same feelings also, and friends can be a big help. It's very hard. If you need someone to talk to, I'd be happy to. So ever since my bf and I split up I've been super stressed, i can't stop thinking bout him and i can't sleep at night. I get angry at the stupidest things and every day I'm like in depression mode. I tried to relax and do something fun to take my mind...
