Strange energetic uncontrolable outbursts

I think there might be something unstably wrong about me lol.
I always jump around & when im thinking about something in mii mind im off in mii head & mii hands always move around like im insane...like if I was on the computer ill start typein with mii fingers as I think...or ill be thinkin about something & be jumping around & acting crazy...I only do this at home but sumtimes I catch mii self doing it in public people look at me like im crazy. & I cant help it, I say I wont do it any more but mii body just does it. its almost like I have no control. when I realilize it I stop. & im embarresed. its so strange. I just have energetic out bursts but mostly with mii hands . what could this be?

It is normal. I did the same thing for near 20 years or more. I am not too sure I ever quit. I do have a bit of ADHD, but I managed to get through school and do ok for myself.
