Stop kracking your knuckles

Me ezznkadz are both 15 and are always getting in trouble for craking are knuckles by are parents there always telling us 2 stop because it will give us arthritis for when we are older we have got are gcse's this year and we really want 2 stop so will...

anyone be able to give us any advise of how 2 stop

Just dont do it...theres not really much advise you can give.
Its a habit... not a need.
If you ever have the urge to do it, just dont. lol
Its all about will power I guess.

it is a habit, and the fact it will give you artritus is a myth. I actually asked one of my lecturers at uni (we had a mythical nursing lecture, you know things that all our mums say 'going out with wet hair will give you a cold - myth' umm...knuckles one is a myth, sitting too close to telly will damage eyes - myth...umm, oh I know one that was true, was eating carrots is good for your eyes, it's true because the high levels of vitamin A in them...but as for knuckles, it's just pockets that have got in the joints...can't remember exact explanation...but I'll message it to you when I have that lecturer again..

the only way to stop is just put something on your hands that makes it hard, truth is, there's a lot worse ways to deal with stress than that, but girls really don't like it when boys do it for some reason, I hate it when my hubby does it, don't know why, but I do, and most of my girlfriends hate it too, so if not for you then for the future mrs.ezznkadz ay? lol x
