Stomach pain and throwing up

Okay well my sister didn't get any sleep last night because she was throwing up. She told me in the morning that it was the watery kind of vomit. Then in the morning today, she told me that she was in the shower and she had the feeling to throw up so she ran to the toilet and she explained to me that it was orange kind of vomit comming through her nose and that it was more than the first time.
My dad thinks its the medicince he gave her.
Anywho,
she is laying down in bed right now but she told me her stomach hurts.
She pointed on top of her belly button.
She can't really explain the pain.
She didn't cry, and she doesn't have a fever or anything.
She doesn't drink or smoke, she just turned 14.
She didn't eat anything today because she's not ' hungry ',
and had a little sip of water.
What can this be?

she may have a flu..but she needs to eat maybe sumthin lite soup...and drink some water.
