hardluck.. maybe you eat something last night that got your stomach upset...sorry
It could be a number of things really. If the pain gets worse or your dizzyness does not go away in a few hours I would call your Doctor or Nurse Prac. and go in to Urgent Care or the Emergency room. It could be a blockage in your intesties or, apendics, Ectopic pregnancy, ect. I can tell you this though, you do need to call and go in to be checked out. God Bless You, cat1027

this mornin I woke up about 5 becos I couldn't get to sleep. a few hours later a had this bad stomach pain, I had proper breakfast this mornin, and felt dizzy and sometimes I felt like I wanted to throw up. what could be the problem?
