uuuh it sounds to me like your a spoiled brat lol exercise is not designed to be pleasurable it's designed to work...some people enjoy it others don't.But the one thing all physically fit people have in common is they do it regardless!...Diets aren't supposed to be easy... but your supposed to follow them if you want results. It sounds to me like you should get on a treadmill and stop whining

How can i lose pounds?
I'm 14 and I hate my stomach and im desperate to lose about 3 to more pounds and at least 2 inches or more (would be nicer) of my waist. I cant go on diets because I never stick to them, I could probably do excercises if I enjoyed them others wise I just...
stop. But I just want to lose some weight before I go back to school on the 3rd of September. Can anyone give me some advice and Help!!! me?
