Stomach excercises

Asked by retrogamer4112 over 3 years ago, 5 answers.

can someone give me a good oblique(lovehandle) excerxise(s)? not one for the front obliques, but likda almost on my back. I already do alternate-leg crunches(crunch, but you twist while lifting a leg, aka bicycle crunch) and regular one-side-at-a-time...

side crunches and none work well. I do bicycle crunshes and feel it on the front side and upper abs, and I do side crunches and don't feel anything, period.(either I feel nothing or I feel the side towards the ground, the opposite side I am targeting, what the f*ck?) I tried a side crunch with the top leg completely in front of me, to make my back face up more, but that doesn't help. BUT MAYBE THIS WEBSITE CAN! also in suspended leg-ups(also for my lower stomach)are my legs supposed to be locked or pulled tight?
help!

hey...just a question, do you eat well during the day? if not try eating a chicken cesar salad or nutrition bars. and you can even start taking swimming arobics classes to get in great cardio workouts. it loses all of the problems if you stick to it. and if you take the class, then try doing a minimum of thirty to fifty sit-ups a night.I hope it all works out!

Hmm i cant belive there isnt an excersise for obliques but if you keep doing your abdominal excersises the fat on your obliques will get used.

Google came up with this:

Good luck tho, sure something can been found on google with some digging.

I got 3 good excersised for your obliques. #1 Lay on your side and put your hands behind your head. Use your sides to lift you up and down, for as many reps as you can possibly do. It's like a crunch, but on your side. #2 I'm sure you've heard of the bicycle, but it really does work. Lay on your back and put your hands behind your head. Slowly reach your right knee up until it touches your left elbow. Switch sides. Do this fluently as much as you can. #3 Sit on your ass and bend your elbows so that your hands are touching and have your knees bent and feet on the floor. Twist your body to the right, until your elbow touches the floor, then the left. Do this over and over till you can't no more. Hope that helped. C-ya

obliques are mostly a diet change. sure sit-ups and v-ups, and side crunches will help, but if you just tone, and don't lose fat, it will sag, and you'll get stretch marks. try eating a little healthier.
